EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT:
Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc licenses Win Mobile Phone Spy Software to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.

You MAY:
(i) Use Win Mobile Phone Spy Software on one computer for each license purchased;

YOU MAY NOT:

(i) Sub-license, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Win Mobile Phone Spy Software;
(ii) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of Win Mobile Phone Spy Software , or create derivative works from Win Mobile Phone Spy Software ;
(iii) Use Win Mobile Phone Spy Software on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses of Win Mobile Phone Spy Software you have purchased.

WARRANTY:
Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc warrants that Win Mobile Phone Spy Software will substantially perform its functions, when Win Mobile Phone Spy Software is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions. Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Win Mobile Phone Spy Software or a refund of the purchase price, at Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc's option.

Federal or local law governs the use of some types of software; it is responsibility of the user to follow such laws. It is a federal and state offense to install monitoring/surveillance software on a PC of which you do not own.

It is illegal to install monitoring software on computer or network you do not own - and we cannot be held responsible for malicious users. Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc will aid law enforcement in prosecution of users abusing our products for malicious purposes.

DISTRIBUTION:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc. You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have received concerning Win Mobile Phone Spy Software have no effect, It is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of Win Mobile Phone Spy Software . All rights to Win Mobile Phone Spy Software are owned by Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc. and are protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Mobile Phone Spy Software Inc retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herin.
